A polarimeter is a reliable instrument for the accurate measurement of Optical Rotations and the study of Polarization. It measures the effects quick and easy discrimination between right-handed sugars such as Dextrose and left-handed sugar such as levulose. The instruments find use in industries as well as in Colleges and Universities. The circular scales are marked finely on a circle in the Angular Measure and International Sugar Scale. The smallest division on the angular scale is 1°.
